Religious instruction on a nonsecular basis has been traditional in our school systems and has been conducted without prejudice, force, compulsion or coercion of any naturc.

We 'jinsist that this practice be continued as in the past, always respecting the rights of any unbelievers to participate or not participate as they see fit.
