Wade Massiel Mr. Glascock agreed to bring these pictures to the May 7th meeting to be held in Rappahannock. The program was concluded by a demonstration on methods of showing foxhounds by Mrs. Betty Shrive of Bumpass. In the process Mrs. Shrive explained in detail the necessity of training and handling of hounds and demonstrated how a hound should be posed. Two hounds “Alcoa Jester*, the 1962 Virginia Bench Champion, and the Best Opposite Sex, were used in the demonstration. Both of these magnificent specimens are owned by the Shrives.
