a Kriaay in Marcn. Next morning as I drove out of Gid Brown Hollow, I observed a car parked at Rediviva; an elderly couple was beside the car with a little black dog. I assumed they were tourists who had pulled off the highway to allow the dog to run. Upon stopping at the highway I looked into the rear-view mirror to see Mr. and Mrs. Tourist were dumping trash on the freshly cleaned up area. I informed the man that the area was not a public dump whereupon he started approaching my car saying, "Judge Snead gave me permission to dump here." 1 challenged the statement;the man hedged by remarking; "well his man did.* I was about ready to blow my top so called "Well, I’d have more personal pride than to dump trash along a highway* and drove on before rsaying something I’d regret Later the couple was identified as residents of Washington, Virginia. Judge Snead told me he had told his men they could dump trash in his old silo foundation! Certainly there is nothing at Rediviva resembling a silo
