Dear Editors Recently excellent reports and suggestions regarding the dumping of refuse on the Gid Brown Hollow road,route 622, have been published in die News. These articles were well received and we who live on this road hoped they would bring results of the desired sort. Obviously additional hammering on this degrading practice of defacing our scenic beauty is needed. Just after you published the letters by D. L. M. Jr. and Clarence Wagener, a group of prisoners were observed covering tin cans and other Junk with soil removed from highway ditches. They did an effective job. This was on
