Pursuant to and by virtue of a decree of the Circuit Court of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, made and entered on the 4th day of July, 1963, in the Partition Suit therein pending under the style of William Bradley Williams v. Andrew Ramsey Williams, et als, (Chancery No. 2349) George H. Davis, Jr., William B. Allen, Jr., and James W. Fletcher, the undersigned Special Commissioners will offer for sale at Public Auction to the highest bidder on the premises of Lot No. 4 as hereinafter described, on—

(D.S.T.) the following described parcels of land, to-wit: LOT NO. 1, containing 3.86 Acres; LOT NO. 2, containing 3.63 Acres; LOT NO. 3, containing 5.37 Acres; LOT NO. 4, containing 4.7 Acres; LOT NO. 5, containing 1.43 Acres; And being the same land located in Chester Gap, Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, that Noah Samuel Williams died seized and possessed of. Sale of the above parcels shall be subject to the approval and confirmation of the Court. TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
