Local High School

jBroken Into 4th Time

Rappahannock County High School waa broken into SatI urday night, but little was taken or disturbed this time. Since the new school has been built It has been burglarized four times, the last 21 months ago. ' Entry to the building was gained through a ventilator high in the wall of the auditorium. Three panes of glass were broken In doors to enable the vandals to get from one part of the building to another. The Intruders Were evidently hungry for they ate cheese and chicken salad and when they finished they plied the dishes neatly In the sink In the cafeteria kitchen. State Investigator Hugh Elwood of Culpeper assisted Sheriff Charles K. Estes and Trooper Kyle Miller in Investigating the crime. Fingerprints were lifted.

\ There will be a dance at Amlssvllle fire hall on Friday, November 29 sponsored by the Amissville Ladles Auxiliary. Collis Flncham, Billy Jenkins and the Virginia Mountain Clan will furnish the music for the dance which begins at 9 p.m. and closes at 1 a.m. At the close of the dance a hand made quilt will be given away.
