Xmas Seal Letters

Students in the second year commercial class of Mrs.Sally E. Palmer of Rappahannock County High School have been gaining experience while doing their share of the voluminous amount of volunteer work necessary for the traditional Christmas Seal Campaign, which opened November 15th. Twenty students typed and checked labels for the Christmas Seal letters, for a total of forty hours of work. Mrs. James Grimmer, Rappahannock Christmas Seal Chairman, said “We are truly grateful to the students for this service and I am sure they feel that what they have done is not only to help make their community a healthier place in which to live, but are glad to know that the results of their work are being actually used."
