Washington Methodist Sponsor Box Supper

Jaycees Participate in
Operation Friendship
The Rappahannock Jaycees will participate in Operation Friendship, a project in support of American Special Forces aid detachments deep inside South Viet Nam, where guerilla warfare is raging, it was recently announced by local chapter president T. Carlyle Lea. The local president said that Ernest Eubank had been designated as local club chairman of Operation Friendship. The Virginia Jaycees have adopted this program State Wide within the International Affairs division oi the Organization. This project is a drive to collect medicine, clothing and other necessities for the war ravaged peoples of Viet Nam. Chairman Eubank stated that boxes marked “Operation Friendship* will be placed in convenient places throughout the county for donations. Anyone wishing special pick-up
