OBITUARIES
Mrs. Charles Anderson
Mrs. Charles Anderson whose home was in Sarasota, Florida died Friday, April 30, 1965 in Louisville, Ky. She was the widow of Charles Anderson, former Rappahannock resident, who died at his home in Sarasota in Julv, 1963.
Rev. J. S. Graver
The Rev. Joseph Samuel Graver, 53, of Colonial Beach, died Tuesday, April 27, 1965 at a Hospital in Fredericksburg. He was pastor of First Baptist Church, King George. Survivors include; wife, Mrs Emma J. Graver, Colonial Beach, three sons; Robert C. Graver, Louisville, Ky., 1st Class Petty Officer James T. Graver of Charleston, S. C., Raymond J. Graver, Plainview; Texas; five daughters, Mrs. Barbara Settle, Fredericksburg, Mrs. Faye Cox and Mrs. Margaret Taylor, both of King George, Miss Virginia Graver and Miss Kathryn Graver, both of King George, one sister, Mrs. Ester Bennett, Greenwich, Ohio and eight grandchildren.
A funeral service was held at the Oakland Baptist Church at Richardsville, at 2 p. m. Friday by the Rev. Dr. Frank Voight of Richmorid. Burial was in the church cemetery. Mr. Graver had formerly served Churches in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Rappahannock and Albemarle Counties.
Luray. On Friday evening Miss Menefee and Mrs. Lewis attended the High School play in Luray. Their nephew John Hudson is a member of the graduating class. Mr. and Mrs. John Eubank, Jr. entertained with a birthdaydinner Sunday in honor of Mr. Eubank’s mother, Mrs. Frances Tyner. Ernest Eubank was a guest at the dinner. Monday Mrs. Tyner spent the day with Mrs. Earl Menefee and children in Warrenton.
Mr. and Mrs. James B. Perk ins had as their guests for the week-end their niece Miss Sandra O’Brien and a friend of McLean. Mrs. Beatrice Settle and Jan ie Woodward spent Tuesday ir Charlottesville.
