Panther Tales

“Cheese" was the word Friday when the photographer from Delmar Studios came to take class pictures. Everyone looked so bright and neat that the pictures should certainly be sensational this year. A second big event Friday was the kick-off of the annual magazine selling campaign. Mr. Hammond from the Quality School Plan, Inc., met with the student body in an afternoon assembly to explain the selling procedures and named the prizes to be given away during the week. Last year's goal for sales was set at $1, 315. This year we have raised that goal to $1,400. We will use the money we earn in this campaign to buy a water cooler for the hall, to send our S. C.A. President to the summer workshop, to add money to our scholarship fund and to buy a sign bearing the name of our school for the front lawn. To meet the goal we have set we need the cooperation of both citizens and students. Please don’t let R.C. H. S. down.
