Gibson, Jr., Bishop of Virginia, and the Rt. Rev. Rob ert B. Hall, Bishop Coadjutor. Holy Qommunion willbecele brated at the host church, St. Andrew’s, Arlington, Wednesday night at 7:30. The Council will hear financial reports; resolutions and petitions; reports of committees, departments, commissions, insjitutions, church schools; and reports from the Episcopal Churchwomen and Churchmen. Two major elections will be held: the first for two, threeyear terms on the Standing Committee, and the second for 10 four-year terms on the Exe cutive Committee, which meets five times a year to carry out the business of Coun cil. In the Executive Committee election, clergyman and one layman from each of the diocese’s five geographical Convocations will be chosen. Council will hear the second |
