as a landscape architect un- 4 til his illness forced his retirement a year ago. He was a member of the Pres byterian Church in Alexandria and a member of Andrew Jack son Lodge 120, AF & AM. He is survived by his wife, the former Miss Dorothy V. Thomas; one daughter, Jean Carolyn; four sisters, Mrs. Golda Slaughter and Mrs. Mar garet Holzier of Arlington; Mrs. Gertrude Burn and Mrs. Esther Mae Wood of Front Royal; three brothers, James W. of Front Royal, John H. of Bentonville, and Robert K. of Covington.

Otto G. Guenter of West Hart ford, Conn, died Monday, April 17, 1967 in the Hartford Hospital after an illness of two weeks. He was 83 years old.
Survivors include his wife of the home address, adaugh:er, Mrs. Elizabeth Buntin of Washington, Va.; a son, Robart Guenter of West Hartford ind one granddaughter, Nancy Buntin, Washington.
