Army private John H. Woodward, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Woodward, jr. of Cast leton, completed eight weeks of military police training at the Army Training Center, Ft. Gordon, Ga., April 7. He was trained in civil and military law, traffic control, map reading, prisoner-of-war control and self defense. He is presently stationed at Ft. Monmouth, N. J.
charged for a service-connect ed disability and the widows of such veterans will be eligible up to the Julv 25, 1967, deadline. For veterans of the Korean Conflict, the formula for determining G.I. loan eligibility is the same as for veterans of World War II. However, the Korean Conflict entitlement did not begin to expire until January 31, 1965, and the final deadline is January 31, 1975.
Eligibility for Post-Korean veterans under the new G. I. Bill does not begin to expire] until 1976.
