Two Single-Vehicle Crashes Occur
Early Thursday morning, May 25, a single vehicle crash occurred near Boston on Route 522 when the driver apparent ly fell asleep. The vehicle was a 63 Chevrolet operated by Ronald Francis Wright of Newton Falls, Ohio. It ran off the right of the road and went down a steep bank. Wright received a broken nose and a passenger, Robert Miller of the same address sustained a lacerated finger. They were treated at Culpeper Memorial Hospital and released. Damage to car was estimated at $6w; said Trooper W. A. Buntin who investigated At 1;15 p.m. the same day on Route 211 three miles west of Sperryville Lee Edward Glascow of Luray struck a tree He told officer Buntin he swerved to avoid a deer in the road. Damage was estimated at $350. There were no injuries.
