John Garland Russell, HI, son of Mrs. J. G. Russell, Jr., of Flint Hill was graduated from Madison College on Sunday, May 28 with a B. S. degree. He was a 1962 graduate of Rappahannock County High School and a graduate of Shenandoah College, Winchester. He has accepted a teaching position at Pleasant Valley Elementary School in Rockingham County for the 196768 session. Mr. Russell is married to the former Miss Betty Lee Glascock and they live in Harrisonburg.
