Defendants. The object of this suit is to partition title to the lands of Barnett Green to certain land in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing a total of 50.35 acres, more or less, as more fully recited in the Amended Bill of Complaint. An affidavit having been made and filed that the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office addresses are correctly set forth opposite their names listed below: Bertha A. Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Margaret Range Hodge, RFD 1, Harrisburg,

Road, Harrisburg, Penn. Bessie Range Bridges, 2212 Garrison

Boulevard, Baltimore. Maryland Mildred Range, 1115 Edgemont Road,

Harrisburg Peensylvania Joseph E. Range, Jr., 1738 Evergreen

Road. Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Nellie Range Brunner, 1115 Edgemont

Road, Harrisburg, Penn. Janet Range Mitchell, fiO^Balm Street,

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Elizabeth Beckwith Murry, 339 North

28th Street, Philadelphia, Pa. Patricia Beckwith Powell. 1303 North

Dover Street, Philadelphia, Pa. And the Bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this shit whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant by the general description of parties unknown, an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown.

It is ordered that the said nonresident defendants, Bertha A, Range. Randolph Range, Margaret Range Hodge, Mary E. Range Thorpe, Bessie Range Bridges, Mildred Range, Joseph E. Range, Jr., Nellie Range Brunner, Janet Range Mitchell, Elizabeth Beckwith Murr>\ Patricia Beckwith Powell, and any unknown widows and/or widowers, heirs, devisees and successors in title of Henry Pines, Lucille Pines, Virginia Pines, Wesley Pines, Barnett Green, whose names and addresses are unknown and who have been made parties defendant by the general description of parties unknown, do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock. Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof, to each of the said Defendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of thij> Order of Publication and file a cirtificate of the fact in the papers of thC case.
