Mrs. Mary Cleverley was among the limited number invited to participate in a Seminar on Achievement Potential in Older People held May 22 through May 24 at the Continuing Conference Centre, Pennsylvania State University, Uni versity Park, Pa. The eleven member Seminar Staff was headed by Dr. Donald P. Kent, Professor and Head of the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, and Dr. Charles Taylor, Professor of Develop-Mental Psychology, both of Pennsylvania State Uni versity. Others, from all over the United States, gave prepared papers in their particular field. The other twenty three participants took part in the discussion of all phases of the need of a new look at the possibilities of contribution by older persons to society.
