John Compton has returned to his home after being a patient in the University Hospital for several days. Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Scott and family from Alexandria spent Sunday with Mr. Scott’s parents Mr. and Mrs. Ed Scott, Mr- and Mrs. C. C. Zinnand Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Martin motored to Wardensville, W. ya. on Sunday. Mrs. Gary Bailey is a patient in Culpeper Memorial Hospital where she underwent surgery. James Streets spent several days last week with his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Mazingo. Dennis Hitt left Sunday for Baltimore and on Monda^ left for Great Falls where he will join the U. S. Navy. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John F. Hitt. We are sorry to learn that little Bobbie Compton is still a patient in the University Hospital in Charlottesville.
