For those friends and parents of 4-H’ers who will be attending Holiday Lake 4-H Camp, July 3-8, please note the address for the week will be: Holiday Lake 4-H Camp, Appomattox, Virginia 24522, % Rappahannock County. The 4-H’ers will really appreciate the mail they receive.
*** On July 27, there will be a field day for homeowners interested in annuals and perennials held at the V.P.I. Greenhouse, Blacksburg. Any one interested is invited to attend and the day’s program will feature the following high lights: Tour of the Trial Gardens A.M.; 1:30 p.m. “Starting Plants and Selecting New Plants for 1968”; Controling In sects on Annual and Perennials”. There is no charge for the meeting and those attending will sure have a full but very meaningful day.
