Tom Platt of Washington and (ieorge Boothe of Flint Hill will assist in the July 4th celebration sponsored by the Rappahannock Library and Historical Society in the Town of Washington on Tuesday. They will barbecue hot dogs and hamburgers for the buffet supper which will be available at 5:30 p.m. at the C'arrigan building which ha- heen recently renovated.
