At the Front Door of the Court House in
Washington, Virginia
Pursuant to the provisions.of a certain deed of trust executed by Floyd B. Hitt and Lucy Mae Hitt! husband and wife, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust belnjr dated September 14, 1966, and recorded September 15, 1966, and in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 67, at page 180, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligation# secured by said deed of trust having been declarrd by the holder of said debt to be due and payable), the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer for sale at the front door of the Court House, in Washington, Virginia, on Friday, July 14, 1967, at 10:00 A. M. (EOT), the following property, lo-wlt:
"TRACT N'ff 1: Beginning at A in the plat, an Iron pipe driven on the Northwest side of the View town and Amissville Road, a corner to Loyd Bywaters, thence with the northwest side of the road, N 6.1 F: 1. 795 chains to B in plat, an iron pipe driven on the northwest side of said road a corner to C. A. Smith, unsold portion of tract, thence *4th said Smith’s line with an included angle of 90 30’ N 28 15’ West 1. 54 Chains to C. in plat an iron pipe driven as a corner to said Smith, thence with same with an included angle of 156 30' North 52 West 2. 552 Chains, to D. in plat an iron pipe driven in the line of the garden fence, and corner to Smith, thence with same with an included angle of 107 10' S 57 30’ W 1. 31 chains to E in plat, an iron pipe driven by a post at the center of garden in Loyd By waters line, thence with his line with an included angle of 88 30' S 32 30' F2 3. 785 chains, with an included angle of 97 30’ at the point of Beginning and Containing 0.76 Acres."
This is the same and identical tract or parrel of land acquired by F’loyd B. Hitt and Lucy Mar Hitt as tenants by the entireties with right ot survivorship as at common law, from Charles A. Smith and Bertha J. Smith, his wife, by deed dated January 13, 1951, and recorded January 19, 1951. in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 55, at page 225.
TRACT NO. 2: “All that certain lot or parcel of land lying and being situate in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County. Virginia, about two miles south of Ben Venue, on the F^a-t side of Virginia Secondary Route no. 729, hounded by said route and the land of Joseph 8. Hitt, containing 0.91 Veres."
