The object of this suit is to procure title to certain real estate in Rappahannock County, Virginia, of which Lewis Jett died seized and I possessed, for the purpose of constructing
a highway in Jackson jMagisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia as set forth and described in the Petition filed herein on the 26th day of January, 1968, on Route 211, Project 0211-078-102, RW203, and it appearing that in addition to the known defendants who are named as defendants in this ccn»e it is believed that there are other heirs and parties in interest and it is therefore ORDERED th»t O’"’of Publication be had against any and all other persons who are or claim to be heirs at law, legatees or distributees of the estate of Lewis Jett who are made parties defendant under the general description of parties unknown, not residents of the State of Virginia.
