Wins DAR Award
Miss Jeanne Woodward, a senior at Rappahannock County High School, was recipient of the Good Citizenship Award presented by the Culpeper Minutemen Chapter, Daughter of the American Revolution, to an outstanding student. Like awards were also given to a Madison and Culpeper student. The citation is made on the basis of dependability, leadership, patriotism, and service and the recipient is selected by the school faculty. The girls received a pin and a certificate presented by Mrs. Gordon Witt, Chairman of the Good Citizen Committee, when they were honored with a tea at the January meeting of the chapter.
