Mrs. Thomas M. Rees
Mrs. Edith Todd Rees, 83, wife of Thomas M. Rees of Reescroft, Washington, Va., died Sunday, January 28, 1968! in Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal. Besides her husband she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Hubert Burdette of Minneapolis, Minn. She was a native of Minnesota but had lived in Rappahannock County for many years. She was the daughter of the late Joseph S. and Nellie Weeks Todd. Graveside funeral services were held Tuesday in the Masonic Cemetery, Washington, Va. officiated by the Rev. Robert Crewdson of Remington.

He was I born in Sperryville, Va. son i of Mrs. Elizabeth Jenkins Dod; son of Washington, Va. and the late Frank Dodson. He was a World War II veteran. I In addition to his mother he j is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sinnie Caroline Dodson and one daughter, Miss Peggy Dodson of Arlington. Also four brothers, Haywood Dodson, Earl Dodson, Robert Dodson and Baron Dodson, all of Wash ! ington, Va.
A funeral service was held ! Monday at 11 a.m. at the Washington Baptist Church with burial in Washington Masonic Cemetery. The Rev. Ray Williams officiated.
Pallbearers were Wallace Critzer, John Burke, Clifford ! Woodward, jr., Jonas Jenkins, T. C. Lea, jr., William Este$ Harry J. Rutherford and Kenneth Valiere.
