Thomas Elvin Harvey, 49, died Monday, Jan. 29, 1968 at his home in Orange. He was an employe of Merchants Grocery here for over 20 years.

\ Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday from Rapidan Baptist fchurch, Wolf1 town, conducted by Rev. Roy Walker, with burial in Rose Park Cemetery, Wolftown, in charge of Preddy’s Funeral Home. He was born in Charlottesville March 22, 1918, son of Thomas Carpenter and Mary Jane Shifflett Harvey of Staunton, who survive.

Besides his parents, he is{ (survived by his wife, Mrs. Liona Lee Berry Harvey, Orange; one daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Jean Willis, Sperryville; and one brother, Carroll W. ! Harvey, Barboursville.
