Mrs. Iva Singleton and Mrs. Wesley Severance of Zanesville, Ohio are spending this week at their home in Sycamore Hollow and visiting relatives and friends in he county. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Van Poole of Arlington spent the week-end at their home in Tiger Valley. Mr. and Mrs. John A. Patterson of Washington were guests last Wednesday of Mrs. Jesse Ward at Echo Hill Farm. Her guests Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Fred A. Hufnagel, Jr. of Warrenton. Mr. and Mrs. Allen Fordeck of Cleveland Heights, Ohio arrived Friday for a visit of several days with the Rev. and Mrs. William M. Hargett and family at the Rectory. Mrs. T. C. Lea spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Lea, Jr. and family in Culpeper. Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller left Saturday for a three day visit with their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Vaughan and family in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Sunday guests of D. D. Miller were his sisters Mrs. C. A. Speake of College Park, Md., Mrs. Preson Avery and Mrs. Harold Brown and Mr. Brown of Winchester. Mrs. C. B. Tanner returned to her home in Wolftown on Sunday after visiting her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Johnston. Mrs. Johnston visited her father Sunday at the Leland Nursing Home in Charlottesville. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs.
