Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Wayne Butler of Boston, Va. announce the birth of a daughter, Tamela Dorice, October 27, 1969 in the Culpeper Memorial Hospital. The Butlers have two other daughters. Mrs. Butler is the former Miss Patsy Burke.
