Allen, M.D., Consultant on Population Research, Office of Population, Agency for International Development (AID), U. S. Department of State, has kindly agreed to inaugurate the program. He will present “Some Recent Observations on Overseas Health Care and Planned Parenthood Services,” based upon his recent survey in Tunisia, United Arab Republic (Egypt), Israel, Romania, Yugoslavia, USSR, and the United Kingdom. This is a rare opportunity for county residents to acquire the very latest information on this timely subject from Dr. Allen, who is recognized as an authority in his field.
