Thurgood Marshall Distinguished Lecture Series in Law. Last summer, Mr. Webb was an associate of the law firm of Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam and Roberts in New York. He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Mr. Webb is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Webb, Sr. of Emporia, Va. and a nephew of Miss Maty V. Williams, Mrs. Georgia Porter and McCoy Williams, all of Washington, Va. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Henry Williams
I of Rappahannock.
He graduated from E.W. Wyatt ^igh School at Emporia and was graduated in 1963 from Hampton Institute at Hampton. Upon graduation, he served four years in the U.S. Army where he obtained the rank of Captain.
He is married to the former Cathy Bennett of Florence, S.C. and they have a daughter, Kimberly Michele.
