NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held in Richmond, Virginia, on Starch 19, 1971, ordered the following proposed changes in its regulations pursuant to Sections 29-175, 29-126 and ,29-127 of the Code of Virginia. A public hearing for this purpose of adopting such changes will be held at 4010 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, at 9:30 a.m., April 29, 1971.
CHAPTER 16. Raccoon. Amend Regulation R16-3 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to hunt raccoon in the counties of Albemarle, Amherst (west of U.S. Route 29), Appomattox, Fairfax, Fauquier, Franklin, Greene, Henry, Loudoun, Madison, Nelson (west of Route 161), Patrick, Pittsylvania, Prince William, Rappahannock and Stafford from October 1 through March 10, both dates inclusive.
Amend Regulation R16-2 to read as follow*:
It shall be lawful to hunt raccoon in Bedford County from October 15 through January 31, both dates inclusive.
