Mrs. Lorraine A. McAllan of Arlington and Jamies M. McAllan of Falls Church announce the engagement of their daughter, Christine Murray, to Johr Morgan Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Loririg M. Anderson of Washington, Va.
Miss McAllan graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Alexandria; attended the College of Wooster in Ohio; graduated as salutatorian of her class from Roanoke College where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.
While at Roanoke College, Miss McAllan was pi^Sideht and rush chairman of Phi Mu Sorority; a member of Cardinal Key National Honor Sorority and Phi Society; and lifted in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
She is presently an elementary school teacher with the Alexandria City school system.
Mr. Anderson graduated from Rappahannock County High School; attended Benjamin Franklir University in Washington, D.C.; and is attending the University of Virginia Extension where he is majoring in business administration.
He is currently employed as a cost analyst with the Bureau of Accounts of the Interstate Commerce Commission in Washington, D.C.
The wedding will be performed by the Reverend John R Frizzell, April 59, at St. Albans Episcopal Church in Annandale. □
