motor trip to Nashville, Tenn.
Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Shisler and family of Charlottesville were Sunday afternoon callers of the Rev. and Mrs. Malcolm Maples.
Miss Virginia Yates Bradford has returned home from a several weeks’ trip to Europe. She left Thursday to visit friends in Houston, Tex., and was accompanied to Dulles Airport by Mr. and Mrs. L.B. Burford.
Mr. and Mrs. PeterSevareid and son Jeremy of Swarthmore, Pa. visited friends in the area last week and were dinner guests Friday of Mr. and Mrs. Dabney Eastham.
Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Dennis and children, Robert Nethers, Mrs. Thelma Russell, Mr. and Mrs. Patterson Biggs, accompanied by Jim Johnson of Luray, spent Friday sightseeing in Washington, D.C. The Dennis family left Monday to return to their home in Jackson, S.C. after visiting in the Robert Nethers home.
