Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Latham accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Armentrout of Newark, Del. were guests for the weekend of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Latham and son Jamie at Moneta.

Miss Terry Halle has returned to her home after spending several weeks in Rockville, Md. with her brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. Warren Wines.

Visitors Saturday of Mrs. J. L. Walter and Mrs. Julia Curtis were Mrs. Oliver Siffren and Mrs. Nan Lewis of Pasadena, Md. ..and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Heflin and family of The Plains.

Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Burner were in Rockbridge Baths last Tuesday called there by the death of Mr. Burner’s father, Amos Burner. They returned home that day and Mr. Burner returned to spend several days and they attended the funeral Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Priest and Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Settle also attended the services.

Mrs. Sarah Latham and daughter Susan and Mrs. David Streagle accompanied by Mike Anderson of Woodville and Mrs. Sally Mann of Oxon Hill, Md. spent from Thursday until Sunday at Ocean City, Md. They were joined Friday by Mr. and Mrs. David Hoadley of Falls Church and Vincent Nicholson of Oxon Hill.

During the absence of their mother Shannon and Marc Streagle were visitors of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Kephart in Herndon and Mr. and Mrs. John Peck at Spotsylvania, respectively. Lewis Hackley returned to his home Monday after being a patient in the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville.
