Wednesday evening, her sisters, Mrs. Corrine Myers of Hagerstown, Md., and Mrs. Grace Henry and Mrs. Elizabeth Ritenour from Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Lewin Williams and family spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Reid in Culpeper. Mr. and Mrs. J. Fred Hamblin and children, Fred Jr., Billy and Lara, of Greenville, N. C., arrived Sunday to spend a few days with Mr. Hamblin’s mother Mrs. Flora Rhudy. Miss Martha Bittel, a student at the University of Virginia, in Richmond, spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Bittel.

Mr. and Mrs. Hubert S. Gilkey III and family were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Burnie Burnette and family in Annandale.

Ermand Morris entered Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D. C., Monday, where he will have tests and X-ra’ys.

The Chester Gap Home Demonstration Club held their regular monthly meeting Thursday evening at the Fire Hall with 15 present. Mrs. Margaret Cain presided at the business session, after which Mrs. Maybelle Gilkej showed slides and provided literature on the subject of weight control.
