Funeral services were held Wednesday for Thomas Nelson Corbin Jr., of Amissville, at 2 p.m. at the Amissville United Methodist Church, conducted by the pastor, the Rev. Douglas W. Kanney. Burial was in the family section of the church* cemetery.
Mr. Corbin died October 8, 1972 at the Prince William Hospital in Manassas after a long illness. He was 70.
He was the son of the late Thomas Nelson Corbin Sr., and the late Delilah Kite Corbin of Amissville.
A retired farmer, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rena Poe Corbin; a son, Thomas Virgil ^Corbin of Manassas; a sister, Mrs. Clyde Pearson of Culpeper and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Eulis J. Smith, Carlton Riley, Graham Hackley, Elmer Jenkins, John Corbin, Bryan Corbin, Richard Latham and Ashby Gr^en. □
