Guinn, Jr., Certified Land Surveyor, dated November 1-2, 1955, and recorded in Deed Book 64, page 288, of the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and described as follows: “TRACT OF 13 ACRES: Beginning at ‘M’ a stake in a pile of rock on the northeast side of a branch and running with Weldon Sisk’s line, N. 44 deg.
