RESCUE
(From pace >0 in Washington to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. January 16 John Buckner was taken from home in Sperryville to Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Amissville Rescue Squad took Mary Straghtiff to Fauquier Hospital on January 13. The following day the unit responded to take Everett Stover to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Sunday afternoon Herman Scharmer was taken to Fauquier Hospital by this rescue squad.
January 8, Amissville Fire Company responded to a chimney fire at the home of Walter Holmes. On the 14th it was summoned to the property of Mrs. Ruth Grimsley but was turned back. It was i also turned back on the 14th after a call to Jeffersonton. □
