Dr. Katherine B. Oettinger recently returned to her home Canterbury from an extended trip which took her to Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Srilanka, formerly Ceyton, Pakistan and Hawaii. Dr. Oettinger was acting as educational consultant to universities in their efforts to find qualified manpower for population and family planning activities in their own countries.
