Mr. and Mrs. R. Lee Payne of Brandy Station have announced the engagement of their daughter, Janet Elaine, to William Francis O’Keefe, son of Dr. and Mrs. F. A. O’Keefe of Bealeton.
Miss Payne is a graduate of St. Anne’s School in Charlottesville and is presently attending the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg.
O’Keefe is a graduate of Episcopal High School in Alexandria and of the University of Virginia at Charlottesville. He is currently teaching at Remington Elementary School and will soon become general manager Of Pine Brook Farm, Inc., Bealeton. ... ^
