Why remove it only then to return it after having spent most of it in the process? Why not save everyone some money and not remove it from it’s origin to begin with, but rather let the counties and state collect it aoed use it.
I see this banding together of the counties as the same thing. Eventually we will not only be paying Federal, State and County taxes, but also a Virginia Planning Board tax. More taxes to provide more paperwork, red tape and bureaucrats.
To conclude, I don’t think we should pay others to do our thinking for us, for in the end you may not have to pay them to do it — they may very well impose their will on you at no charge whatsoever.
