THE RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS will run a pictorial feature of the youngsters in this area as “Citizens of Tomorrow.” In the near future this newspaper will feature free pictures of all children who are brought by their parents or other guardian to Trinity Episcopal parish hall in Washington, Va. on Monday, May 7 between the hours of 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
An expert children’s photographer will take the pictures to assure uniform quality and size for best reproduction. This year they will be taken in natural living color. Children should be dressed colorfully to take advantage of the beauty of color photography. The pictures will run in black and
