A great deal of credit is due to the efficient officers and directors of the Second National Bank of Culpeper who have done their best toward the developing of agricultural, business, and other interests in the community.
The officers and directors of this bank are fine, public-spirited men who believe in this community, and they feel that there are always better days ahead for the energetic farmer or rancher or business man who works with a plan backed by sound judgement and reasoning.
