The Rural Letter Carriers Association —com' posed ofc. the counties of Rappahannock, Culpeper, Madison and Orange—held its annual meeting April 21 at the Steak House near Culpeper. The election of officers was the main business which followed the dinner.
Pete Norris of Culpeper was elected president of the group and vice president is Allen Ellett of Rixeyville. Charlie Compton of Amissville , continues as secretary-treasurer of the chapter.
