Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Wood with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Thompson of Front Royal were in Gaithersburg, Md. Monday and attended the christening of their granddaughter Emily Brereton, -daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Wood. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Dunn of Newport News arrived Monday for a visit of several days in the Wood home. Mrs. Hadassah Dunn was hospitalized Saturday night having suffered a broken foot. She returned to Sunny Slope Sunday.
