egory investigated a collision on the Route 211 bypass where it intersects with Route 626. Involved were Byrd F. Updike of Washington in a 1961 Buick who entered the eastbound lane of the by-pass and was struck by a ’73 Ford station wagon driven by Joseph Perry of Huntington, W. Va. Mr. Updike was charged with failing to yield the right of way.
