NOTICE

Lee T. Settle of 2812 Summerfield Rd., Falls Church, Va. has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 2-1-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.

The above named applicant desires to install a mobile home on 100 acres of agricultural land during the one year period required to construct a permanent dwelling. At the end of this period mobile home will be removed from Rappahannock County located in Jackson Magisterial District.

Albert N. Williams of American Embassy, APO New York, < N.Y. 09899 has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2 Section 2-1-15 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Va.

The above named applicant desires to establish a school for infraction and tutoring of junior and senior high school children, 1 grades 7-12 located in Piedmont Magisterial District.

A hearing has been scheduled for 9 A.M. on 3 July 1974, in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.
