“HE WHO PUTS A WOUNDED robin into its nest again shall not have lived in vain.” Well, she didn’t exactly put it back in its nest, but she would have if she could. And, I believe, good intentions do count; if you make an effort to carry them out.
The old Clan had its annual meeting Saturday evening. It was enjoyable to see the old Gang. “Clan” seems inappropriate, as the word clan seems to connote family ties, whereas “gang” has other connotations which are unfavorable. Well, since these friends favor the word clan, lets just accept the gathering as a family of friends.
Sunday we worshipped in a Mother Church. I was surprised at the manner in which they have modified their form of worship. The “father” seemed to think that all protesting groups will eventually come back to Mother.
It is my belief that we are seekers, all. It has been so from the beginning. And if we who seek are so wonderfully blessed, what glory shall we know when at last we find.
So, help the birds and all God’s little critters. Do the best you can, and I am sure He will let you make up your lack at Some Time.D
