Editor’s note— Mr. Harris can reply, if he likes, for himself, but on the “wining and dining” of media representatives point mentioned by the Vepco vice president, the fact remains that this newspaper has received two invitations to attend “seminars” — one in West Virginia, as we recall — with all expenses paid. Maybe Vepco didn’t intend to “wine” us, but we sure hope the invitation included meals. In any event, we declined; apparently our refusal of the invitation, in the Vepco official’s eves, disqualifies us as a “responsible newspaper.” Li
