James F. Massie of Amissville and Forest Warden Clifton Jenkins examine a reforestation site on the Massie’s Meadow Grove farm on Route 729. About 15 acres which have previously been harvested are now being prepared for reforesting. The acreage was control burned and will be replanted mechanically. More timber is being harvested than is being replanted so great emphasis and effort is being placed on reforestation. ■ ■ -
