Fleetwood, principal of Luray Elementary School, has been named assistant superintendent for the Rappahannock County Schools.
Fleetwood received his B. A. degree from Bridgewater College and a Masters degree in Administration from the University of Virginia. He is currently enrolled in Post Masters work at the University. He taught in Rappahannock County Elementary School for two years prior to going to Page County in 1970. He has served as a teacher, assistant principal and principal in the Luray Elementary School. As an assistant to the superintendent, Fleetwood will be involved in all phases of administration for the Rappahannock schools, it was stated.
Fleetwood is married to the former Penny Todd and they are parents of a 3 1/2 year old son, Todd Allan. Mrs. Fleetwood is a teacher in the Page County Schools.□
